OPEN FOR MEDIA REGISTRATION: Arctic Winter Games 2016

AWG2016, Greenland's largest event ever to be held is now open for media registration.

MEDIA REGISTRATION OPEN
We are pleased to announce that media registration for AWG2016 held on March 6 - 11, 2016 is now open.

IMPORTANT: ACCOMMODATION
Until the 18th of December, media may register for accommodation at Nuuk's only hotel and home of the Media Centre during AWG2016, Hotel Hans Egede. The cost of a single room for one person will be from around 1050 DKK per night. We will try our best to accommodate your needs. Some of you have already been in touch about booking a room, however if you could please confirm them with:
- your full name / company
- room preference (single or shared room, if shared list names)
- Dates needed. Default dates booked will be from 5th - 11th March.

Please write to media@awg2016.gl before the 18th December. After this date, the hotel rooms allocated to Press will no longer be guaranteed.

FLIGHTS
If you have not already bought your flight tickets, we advise you to book them as soon possible via Air Greenland (Denmark) or Air Iceland (Iceland). There will be a press reception held on Saturday 5th March, 7pm, so do factor that in if you can!
